Alexander began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 15 when he launched his first webshop focused on selling phone covers. After ordering hundreds of phone covers from suppliers but only selling three to his family, he decided to explore new ventures.
Since then, Alexander has dedicated much of his time to building the accessibility-tech company SubReader, which helps people with dyslexia by reading subtitles on movies and shows aloud. What started as a tool to assist his brother has grown into a solution that supports over 100,000 dyslexic individuals, providing access to the largest streaming services globally and to a majority of Nordic cinemas.
A data-driven professional, Alexander excels at translating complex datasets into actionable strategies that deliver impactful results. At PayGap, he focuses on understanding the needs of companies required to comply with pay transparency legislation, transforming these requirements into intuitive, user-friendly solutions that simplify complex processes.
Alexander holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
